About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Bluffs at Nine Mile Creek, a 188-unit apartment community in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The technician is responsible for the property's general appearance and maintenance to help create a positive living experience for residents. The role includes monitoring and addressing repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, preparing vacant units, and maintaining a safe work environment. Occasional on-call duties are required; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• A valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of previous maintenance experience.
• HVAC and EPA experience.
• CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Help prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Perform occasional on-call duties; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
