About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Bluffs at Liberty Glen, a 180-unit apartment community in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The role is responsible for the property's general appearance and maintenance, helping create a positive living experience for residents. The technician monitors, repairs, and maintains property systems and units, prepares vacant apartments for new residents, and helps maintain a safe work environment. Occasional on-call duties may be required; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
A valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of previous maintenance experience.
HVAC and EPA experience.
CPO certification.

Responsibilities

Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
Assess and repair appliances as needed.
Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
Perform occasional on-call duties; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.
Create and maintain a safe work environment.
