About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Bluffs at Nine Mile Creek, a 188-unit apartment community in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The supervisor is responsible for the property’s general appearance and physical maintenance, as well as leading maintenance staff. The role includes occasional on-call duties.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
• A valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Three to five years of previous maintenance experience.
• HVAC and EPA experience.
• CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Perform occasional on-call duties.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
