About The Position

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to bring units up to market-ready condition in accordance with company standards. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the technician completes maintenance work, helps maintain buildings and common areas, supports preventive maintenance, and maintains property equipment. Work hours vary according to community needs and may include weekends and after-hours emergency services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience in a property management environment.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, including electrical work, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• EPA certification.
• CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common-area maintenance.
• Assist with the preventive maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
