About The Position
Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to bring units up to market-ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the technician completes make-ready maintenance, assigned work orders, and other maintenance tasks for the property. The role may require weekend work and after-hours emergency services, depending on community needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance in a property management environment.
- Knowledge of general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification preferred, but not required.
- CPO certification preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Complete make-ready maintenance.
- Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
- Assist with building and common-area maintenance.
- Assist with the preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
