About The Position
The Operational Technology (OT) Security & Architecture Manager is responsible for leading and maturing the organization's OT cybersecurity program across industrial control systems (ICS), operational technology (OT), marine, offshore, manufacturing, robotics, and critical infrastructure environments. This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for OT cybersecurity governance, risk management, security architecture, vulnerability management, monitoring, and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Experience in leading and maturing OT cybersecurity programs.
- Experience in industrial control systems (ICS) security.
- Experience in operational technology (OT) security.
- Experience in marine, offshore, manufacturing, robotics, and critical infrastructure environments.
- Experience in OT cybersecurity governance.
- Experience in OT cybersecurity risk management.
- Experience in OT security architecture.
- Experience in OT vulnerability management.
- Experience in OT cybersecurity monitoring.
