About The Position
Fig keeps SOC detection and response working when everything around it changes. SecOps engineers across organizations ranging from mid-size companies to F500 enterprises use Fig to engineer and monitor their SecOps infrastructure 10X faster, with full control and confidence. As Fig’s first Customer Success hire, you will own every customer from signature to renewal and build the company’s customer success approach.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SecOps vendor, such as SIEM, SOAR, XDR, or MDR.
- Understanding of SecOps day-to-day work, technology stacks, challenges, initiatives, and the solutions landscape, including products and services.
- A track record of establishing customer success processes from scratch.
- Experience using AI tools in your work and the ability to demonstrate how you use them.
- Ability to understand underlying client needs and either help fulfill them with existing capabilities or communicate them to the product team.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers from installation through full integration of Fig into their engineering workflows.
- Serve as the main contact for SecOps teams on assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities to address additional customer needs when customers are satisfied, and nurture relationships when they are not.
- Build customer success processes for onboarding, health checks, business reviews, and renewals.
- Translate customer feedback into specific requests for the Product and R&D teams.
