About The Position

Safe Haven Security is hiring experienced sales professionals for its 6–9-month Manager Academy Program. The program provides hands-on management training, high earning potential, and a guaranteed promotion upon successful graduation. The role is intended for sales professionals ready to move beyond individual sales and into management. Relocation is required upon graduation; moving expenses are available. Compensation includes a stated $12,000 plus monthly earning potential, base salary plus uncapped commissions, monthly performance bonuses, weekly pay, and yearly salary increases. The position is W-2 employment. Safe Haven Security is an established home security company and ADT’s largest authorized dealer, with more than 100 offices nationwide. Requirements

• Proven track record in direct in-home sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to relocate upon graduation.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Manager Academy Program and its hands-on management training.
• Upon successful graduation, move into a management role through the guaranteed promotion.
• Perform direct in-home sales.
