About The Position

As a Security Officer Driver Front Desk Reception in Quakertown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Loss prevention experience is preferred.
  • Access control/badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, contractors, and employees by following site-specific procedures at a logistics and distribution location.
  • Manage front desk activities, including greeting guests, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor and contractor logs.
  • Monitor access to the facility by directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas and reporting access concerns to site leadership.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related incidents, visitor activity, and unusual conditions.
