About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Lobby Receptionist to serve and safeguard clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. The role provides customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. The officer responds to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach, and conducts regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

The listed pay rate is $21.00 per hour, paid weekly. Candidates should have customer service experience and good computer skills, be comfortable interacting with people, and present a friendly demeanor. Applicants are subject to background investigation and drug screening as conditions of employment, consistent with applicable laws. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local law; a valid driver's license is required only for driving positions.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
