Recruiting Coordinator (Early Career Talent) Overview Do you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and being part of a team that is growing with purpose? We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who can combine strong people skills with attention to detail—someone who enjoys connecting with others while also keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role offers a balance of interaction and execution—ideal for someone who likes working with people, but also values structure, follow-through, and doing things the right way.

  • Experience in recruiting, event coordination, or campus engagement is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Relationships Connect with college students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals
  • Develop relationships through outreach, follow-ups, and events
  • Serve as a consistent and professional point of contact for candidates
  • Support Campus & Recruiting Efforts Help coordinate campus visits, career fairs, and recruiting events
  • Maintain relationships with career centers, professors, and student groups
  • Represent Vista in a professional, approachable way
  • Coordinate Events and Processes Assist in organizing recruiting events and internship programs
  • Ensure materials, scheduling, and logistics are handled effectively
  • Help create a consistent and positive candidate experience
  • Keep the Process Moving Track candidates and maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Support interview scheduling and onboarding coordination
  • Partner with leadership to ensure a steady and organized talent pipeline
