About The Position
As a Warranty Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing warranty claims, supporting product quality initiatives, and partnering with internal teams and service providers to ensure timely resolutions. This position combines customer service, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement in our warranty processes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong Microsoft excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for assessing warranty claims.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous experience in warranty management or a related field
- Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP
Responsibilities
- Review and process warranty claims, returned parts, and warranty campaign activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Partner with Quality and Service teams to manage part returns, warranty campaigns, and claim resolutions.
- Evaluate warranty claims, verify eligibility, and ensure adherence to warranty terms and conditions.
- Communicate with customers, dealers, and service centers to gather information, provide updates, and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, campaigns, and returned parts while ensuring regulatory and company compliance.
- Identify recurring product issues and recommend process and product improvements to enhance quality, reliability, and the customer experience.
