About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific discipline, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of related experience in a lab environment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Exercise sound judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrate attention to detail with strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Take accountability and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous GMP experience in a biopharmaceutics environment.
• QC / cGMP experience working in a lab environment in an industry or academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad variety of basic and moderately complex physico-chemical tests for biologics and other pharmaceutical compounds according to GMP.
• Maintain accountability for deliverables affecting department goals and maintain a state of inspection readiness.
• Identify discrepancies and support the resolution of technical problems to assist the department in meeting corporate objectives.
• Schedule and execute routine and semi-routine assignments while supporting general lab maintenance operations.
• Ensure the integration of environmental health, safety, and security into business processes, reporting any safety and environmental incidents within your functional area.
• Adhere to cGMP policies and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation of activities and transactions in applicable systems.
• Coordinate with customers to support operational activities and actively participate in group and project teamwork.
