About The Position

The Business/Quality Assurance Analyst ensures digital products, platforms, and systems are clearly defined, properly validated, and aligned with business expectations. The role leads business analysis and quality assurance, with an emphasis on requirements integrity, process clarity, and product quality. In partnership with Project Managers, the analyst confirms that work is accurate, complete, and aligned with stakeholder needs. The role is the authority on requirements and quality across initiatives, but does not own project execution, timelines, or delivery coordination. The analyst leads business requirements discovery and documentation, creates testable user stories and acceptance criteria, maintains process and functional documentation, and ensures work is fully defined before development. The role establishes QA strategies and standards, oversees testing and defect tracking, leads user acceptance testing, and provides final quality validation for release readiness. It also validates delivered solutions against business objectives, identifies improvement opportunities, and standardizes documentation, testing, tools, templates, and workflows across business analysis and QA functions. This is a full-time, exempt position based in Arlington, Texas, with a hybrid schedule of two days. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; weekends and extended hours may be needed. Travel of at least up to 10% is required. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.
