About The Position

The Business/Quality Assurance Analyst ensures that digital products, platforms, and systems are clearly defined, properly validated, and aligned with business expectations. The role leads business analysis and quality assurance, with a focus on requirements integrity, process clarity, and product quality. In partnership with Project Managers, the analyst ensures delivered work is accurate, complete, and aligned with stakeholder needs. The role is the authority on requirements and quality across initiatives, but does not own project execution, timelines, or delivery coordination. The analyst leads discovery and documentation of business requirements, translates stakeholder needs into testable user stories and acceptance criteria, maintains process flows and functional documentation, and ensures work is fully defined before development. The role establishes QA strategies and standards, oversees test planning and execution, tracks defects, leads user acceptance testing, and validates release readiness. It also validates solutions against business objectives, identifies gaps and improvement opportunities, and standardizes documentation, testing tools, templates, and workflows. This is a full-time, exempt position based in Arlington, Texas, with a hybrid schedule of two days. The role reports to the Director of IT Governance and may require travel up to 10% of the time.
