About The Position

The Business Analyst/Quality Assurance supports requirements and analysis for delivery teams. The role elicits and documents requirements, writes user stories and acceptance criteria, and partners with Product Owners and engineers to deliver features that meet business needs. It supports Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, process and data-flow modeling, user acceptance testing, and requirements traceability, while leveraging AI-assisted tools for documentation and analysis. The position requires a hybrid schedule of 3–4 days in Reston, Virginia, and at client locations in the Washington, D.C. area as required. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, pass a 7-year background check, and obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Clearance. Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule of 3–4 days in Reston, Virginia, and at client locations in the Washington, D.C. area as required.
Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Clearance.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

3 or more years of business analysis experience on IT projects.
