About The Position

We are a one-stop forward and reverse logistics service company that focuses on third-party online retailers. Customers have access to a turn-key system, a streamlined operation process, and a professional team to solve their problems with Life-Cycle Logistics. After more than 10 years of rapid development, Blue Ocean Inc has established mature and stable automated cargo distribution and return procedures. Currently, we have distribution centers in OR, CA, DE, NH, TN, PA, and FL.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Suite
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
- Basic understanding of CRM or procurement platforms is a plus
- Bilingual required: English & Chinese
Responsibilities
- Manage office and warehouse supplies.
- Draft, proofread, and send emails/POs or internal memos with professionalism and accuracy.
- Organize files, internal portal updates, and maintain records.
- Monitor shipment and assist in project coordination.
- Support communication with external partners, distributors, or suppliers.
