About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in project/program management, including at least 3 years in federal government contracting.
• Proven experience managing federal contracts, such as DoD, DHS, VA, or HHS contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M), and compliance requirements.
• Candidates must document U.S. citizenship as required to obtain Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• PMP, PgMP, or DAWIA certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of contract requirements in alignment with cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, including the Contracting Officer, COR, and other government stakeholders.
• Ensure day-to-day operations meet contract goals and government expectations.
• Ensure program activities comply with contract terms, applicable regulations (FAR/DFARS), and organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely program documentation and reporting, including deliverables, invoicing, and status reports.
• Manage contract modifications, task orders, and funding obligations in coordination with contracts and finance teams.
• Monitor program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls.
• Support pricing strategies and financial tracking in collaboration with finance teams.
