Temple University's College of Education is searching for a Program Manager to provide strategic oversight and day-to-day administration of the Leadership & Career Studies (L&CS) program. This program is a four-year certificate program for young adults with intellectual disability or intellectual disability and autism, housed in the Institute on Disabilities in the College of Education and Human Development. The L&CS program offers an authentic college experience while developing students' academic abilities, career aspirations, community engagement, and self-determination. The Program Manager ensures full compliance with county, state, and Pennsylvania waiver system regulations, leads a multidisciplinary team, champions person-centered planning, develops goals, and monitors Quality Plans for the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). Responsibilities include managing billing compliance, maintaining accurate program data and documentation, upholding provider qualifications, and ensuring a high standard of advising services. A key component of this role is student recruitment and enrollment, which involves networking, managing the application process, and coordinating with external agencies and partners.
