Senior Program Manager - Business Execution

Aquatech International LLC•USA, PA

About The Position

Aquatech is entering a period of rapid global growth. The Senior Program Manager supports execution of the company’s global strategy by establishing the structure, coordination, reporting, and accountability needed to turn business priorities into completed actions and measurable results. This role acts as an internal execution and organizational integrator, coordinating initiatives across engineering, technology, project execution, commercial, supply chain, finance, HR, regional teams, and other Aquatech organizations. The role establishes implementation schedules, reporting and KPIs, organizational interfaces, stakeholder agreements, and mechanisms to track commitments and follow through. It works within Aquatech’s matrix organization, creating working agreements with internal and partner organizations covering scope, responsibilities, resources, interfaces, deliverables, schedules, governance, and reporting. Success depends on influence and coordination rather than direct authority. This is an internal program-execution role, not a customer project-management or PMO position. Project managers and functional organizations retain accountability for customer projects and technical deliverables. The Senior Program Manager applies program- and project-management discipline primarily to internal organizational, strategic, standardization, product-development, and business-improvement initiatives. Initial priorities include implementing the Global Execution Model; establishing a consistent operating and reporting cadence; and defining organizational interfaces, governance, and accountability. The position is expected to operate primarily as an individual contributor across a matrix organization. Functional, regional, engineering, project, and account organizations retain ownership of their respective scopes and deliverables.
