Microelectronics - Program Manager - Business Execution

Aquatech International LLC•USA, PA

About The Position

Aquatech’s Microelectronics business is entering a period of rapid global growth. The Microelectronics Program Manager - Business Execution & Integration supports execution of the Microelectronics global strategy by establishing the structure, coordination, reporting, and accountability needed to turn business priorities into completed actions and measurable results. The role is an internal execution and organizational integration position, working across engineering, technology, project execution, commercial, supply chain, finance, HR, regional teams, and other Aquatech organizations. The Program Manager coordinates cross-functional initiatives; develops and maintains implementation schedules; establishes reporting and KPIs; manages organizational interfaces and stakeholder agreements; tracks commitments; and drives follow-through. The position operates within Aquatech’s matrix organization and establishes working agreements with internal and partner organizations covering scope, responsibilities, resources, interfaces, deliverables, schedules, governance, and reporting. Results are achieved through coordination and influence rather than direct authority. This is not a customer project-management or PMO position. Project managers and functional organizations remain accountable for customer projects and technical deliverables. The role applies program- and project-management discipline primarily to internal Microelectronics organizational, strategic, standardization, product-development, and business-improvement initiatives. It is expected to operate primarily as an individual contributor. Functional, regional, engineering, project, and account organizations retain accountability for their respective scope and deliverables; the Program Manager does not lead the Microelectronics PMO or assume responsibility for individual customer projects. During the first six months, priorities include implementing and embedding the Microelectronics Global Execution Model; establishing a consistent operating and reporting cadence; and documenting and implementing organizational interfaces, governance, stakeholder agreements, roles, decision rights, shared-resource expectations, communication and reporting requirements, escalation paths, dashboards, and KPIs. The role tracks agreed actions and deliverables to completion and reinforces accountability across participating organizations. The position reports to the Vice Presidents of the Microelectronics Business Unit, with one VP designated as the primary day-to-day sponsor and performance-review owner. The job is based in the USA, Pennsylvania, and involves up to 25% travel. The workday shift is day shift. Physical demands include occasionally exerting up to 50 pounds of force, possible ladder climbing and working at heights, wearing PPE while on site, extended periods sitting at a desk, and a high degree of concentration in a busy area. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
