Senior Program Manager - Business Execution

Aquatech International•Usa, PA

About The Position

Aquatech’s business is entering a period of rapid global growth. The Senior Program Manager supports execution of the global strategy by establishing the structure, coordination, reporting, and accountability needed to turn business priorities into completed actions and measurable results. The role works across engineering, technology, project execution, commercial, supply chain, finance, HR, regional teams, and other Aquatech organizations, primarily as an individual contributor in a matrix organization. It achieves results through coordination and influence rather than direct authority. The position applies program- and project-management discipline to internal organizational, strategic, standardization, product-development, and business-improvement initiatives. It is not a customer project-management or PMO role: project managers and functional organizations retain accountability for customer projects and technical deliverables. The Program Manager coordinates cross-functional initiatives, maintains implementation schedules, establishes reporting and KPIs, manages organizational interfaces and stakeholder agreements, tracks commitments, and drives follow-through. The role establishes working agreements with internal and partner organizations covering scope, responsibilities, resources, interfaces, deliverables, schedules, governance, and reporting. Initial priorities include implementing the Global Execution Model; establishing a consistent operating and reporting cadence; and defining organizational interfaces, governance, and accountability. The position reports to the Vice Presidents, with one VP designated as the primary day-to-day sponsor and performance-review owner. Functional, regional, engineering, project, and account organizations retain accountability for their respective scope and deliverables. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience are required. Aquatech offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, company-paid holidays, and a 401K plan; benefits are based on eligibility.
