About The Position
Key Rehab is seeking a Program Coordinator-OTA to join their team and contribute to excellent care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role involves serving as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, minimizing administrative burdens, and supporting clinicians in delivering therapy services. The Program Coordinator is also responsible for coordinating staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations, under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program
- Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned
- CPR, as required by community
- Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law
- Other items as required by federal, state and local standards
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in long term care setting
- Prior experience in service coordination
- Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
- Flexibility and Team Collaboration
- Exceptional Communication (oral and written)
- Experience with Geriatric Population
- Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations
