About The Position
Riverside is seeking a passionate clinician to join its Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team in Norwood. The CBHC Assistant Program Director manages ongoing treatment and services for the CBHC Component Service and Outpatient Program. The role directly supervises CBHC treatment team managers and Outpatient supervisors, ensures adherence to the CBHC mission, and supports integration across multidisciplinary treatment teams, including clinicians, case managers, peers, nurses, medical assistants, and prescribers. The Assistant Program Director provides clinical leadership and direction for effective program services, including integration of medical and behavioral health care in accordance with the CBHC mission, regulations, and quality measures. The position also supports program quality and access to care through data-informed decisions and Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one remote day. The location is Norwood, and the listed pay rate is $92,881.56 salaried.
Requirements
- Independent licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing treatment and services for the CBHC Component Service and Outpatient Program.
- Directly supervise CBHC treatment team managers and Outpatient supervisors.
- Ensure adherence to the CBHC mission and integration within multidisciplinary treatment teams.
- Use data to make informed programmatic decisions.
- Participate actively in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives to improve program quality and access to care.
- Ensure staffing patterns are scheduled and staffed according to regulations for all hours of operation.
- Provide clinical leadership and direction for appropriate, timely program services, including integration of medical and behavioral health care.
- Provide consultation and group supervision to the multidisciplinary team, including clinicians, prescribers, peers, nurses, case managers, administrative staff, and other indicated positions.
