Ensures demographic and financial information is obtained, completed, and processed according to department policies and procedures. Ensures patient collection is conducted at the time of the visit.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of computers and other standard office equipment.

  • Medical office experience.
