About The Position
The Maintenance Assistant conducts routine inspections of buildings and grounds, identifies maintenance needs, and performs basic repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The role also includes keeping maintenance tools and supplies clean and organized. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field.
