Certified Nursing Assistant / Aide C.N.A.
About The Position
Mira Vista Court is seeking a caring and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily care and support to residents and patients, helping deliver a high standard of nursing care. Full-time shifts are available from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Newly hired full-time CNAs working the 6 a.m.–2 p.m. or 2 p.m.–10 p.m. shifts may qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus if they start on or before October 31, 2026. The posted wage range is $17.00–$19.00 per hour. The workplace is drug-free and smoke-free, and the employer is an equal opportunity employer, including disability and veterans.
Requirements
- Hold a CNA license and be in good standing with the state, as required.
- Be able to respond appropriately to emergency situations.
- Be able to communicate information concerning a resident’s condition.
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Be caring and dedicated to providing high-quality care to residents and patients.
- Have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents and patients with bathing.
- Change linens.
- Position patients properly.
- Offer hydration.
- Check on patients in the morning and at night.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary.
