About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Allisonville Meadows Assisted Living. This full-time, day-shift position works Monday through Friday. CNAs help create a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and supporting residents’ mobility. Team members are expected to demonstrate the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
• Help create a comforting, engaging, and homelike environment that respects residents’ dignity and individual needs.
• Provide nursing services and assist residents with mobility.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Work with the team toward excellent resident care.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
