About The Position

Rosewalk Lutherwoods Assisted Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to help foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment for residents. The CNA supports residents’ well-being by assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and offering individualized attention grounded in dignity and respect. The position requires physical stamina, collaboration with nursing and other facility teams, and a commitment to excellent geriatric care. The role is part-time, with day and evening shifts available.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Show a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
