About The Position
American Senior Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for Brownsburg Assisted Living. The CNA helps foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individual needs are prioritized. The position includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and working with nursing and facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Have the stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
- Work collaboratively toward excellent resident care.
- Communicate interpersonally in support of a respectful and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
