About The Position
Coventry Meadows Assisted Living is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant for day, evening, and night shifts. The CNA helps create a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individual needs are prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and collaborating with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate care. Candidates should bring physical stamina, a supportive presence, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a passion for geriatric nursing and senior care. Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
- Help create a comforting, engaging, and homelike environment that respects residents’ dignity and individual needs.
- Work with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values in interactions with residents, family members, customers, and staff.
