About The Position

Greenwood Village South is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for its assisted living community in Greenwood, Indiana. The role provides direct resident care and support with personal care and activities of daily living, while communicating changes in residents’ conditions to the Charge Nurse and leadership team. Available part-time schedules include evening shifts from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and night shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with specified weekday and every-other-weekend coverage. Starting pay is $19 per hour, plus experience pay and applicable evening, night, and weekend shift differentials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a 105-hour Certified Nursing Assistant program approved by the Indiana State Board of Health, or an equivalent program approved by the Indiana State Board of Health.
• Name must be on the Certified Nursing Assistant Registry at the time of hire, as required by the Indiana State Board of Health.
• Must be in good standing and maintain certification throughout employment.
• Passion for providing excellent resident care.
• Ability to enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residents’ admission, transfer, and discharge as instructed by the Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide direct patient care as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
• Document resident care properly.
• Promptly communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the Charge Nurse and leadership team.
