This is a part-time evening CNA role in assisted living at Bristol Glen in Newton. Residents count on you for the parts of the day that have gotten harder: a shower, getting ready for bed, a steady arm on the way to dinner. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care
Responsibilities
- Help residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Help at mealtimes and with walkers, wheelchairs, and other mobility equipment
- Make regular rounds and check in on each resident during your shift
- Follow each resident's care plan and write clear notes for the next shift
- Get to know residents and work closely with nurses and the care team
