About The Position
VNA of Florida is hiring Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one care to patients in Palm Beach County. The role supports patients in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Flexible scheduling and immediate cases are available. Home care experience is preferred. Benefits are available for eligible positions.
Requirements
- Florida HHA Certificate or CNA License.
- CPR Certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Compassionate and dependable personality.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition.
- Follow individualized care plans.
