This position is for a Registered Nurse who wants to continue using their clinical knowledge without providing direct or physical patient care. The RN in this role completes in-home visits by talking with clients and families, review health history, and develop clear, practical care plans for non-medical in-home caregivers to follow. The work is focused on assessment, communication, and care planning—not clinical tasks. What makes this role different No hands-on care No clinical procedures No lifting, transfers, bathing, or personal care This role is centered on conversation, observation, documentation, and relationship-based support.
