Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Home Care Opportunities in Conroe, TX
About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide personalized, one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes throughout Conroe, Texas, and nearby communities. The LVN works with patients, families, physicians, and care teams to support patients’ health, independence, and quality of life. The role includes assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring progress, educating patients and caregivers, and communicating clinical updates to promote continuity of care. Assignments are available during the day, evening, overnight, and on weekends. The organization offers flexible scheduling and support from a dedicated clinical team. Requirements
- Active Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid Texas driver’s license.
- Current automobile insurance.
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray.
- At least one year of nursing experience in home health, a healthcare facility, or a clinical setting.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
