About The Position

RiverView Health is seeking a skilled, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to support its Ortho Care providers at the Crookston Clinic, with occasional travel to outreach clinics as business needs require. The LPN provides direct patient care under provider supervision and works with the healthcare team to meet patients’ healthcare needs. This position is 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two-week pay period), is non-exempt and subject to overtime, and requires availability to work every 12th weekend. The listed pay range is $22.36–$28.92, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Minnesota and North Dakota; if not already held, the North Dakota license must be obtained within three months of hire.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification, or obtain it within four months of hire; training is provided.

• Two or more years of clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of providers.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as directed.
• Collect and document patient vital signs and health history.
• Assist with procedures and patient education.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
