About The Position
RiverView Health is seeking a skilled, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to primarily support its orthopedic care providers at the Crookston Clinic, with occasional outreach clinic support as business needs require. The nurse provides direct patient care under provider supervision and collaborates with the healthcare team to support patients’ healthcare needs. This position is 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two-week pay period), non-exempt and subject to overtime. The schedule includes working every 12th weekend. Pay is $22.36–$28.92, depending on experience, with a competitive benefits package.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota and North Dakota; the North Dakota license must be obtained within three months of hire if not already held.
- Current American Heart Association CPR certification, or ability to obtain it within four months of hire; training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of providers.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as directed.
- Collect and document patient vital signs and health history.
- Assist with procedures and patient education.
- Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
