About The Position
Clinical Services at Cardinal Health focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, including diagnosing, treating, and managing patient care while ensuring safety, efficiency, and effectiveness within the practice. This role is responsible for medical services that directly or indirectly provide healthcare to patients.
Requirements
- Completion of Medical Assistant program or eligible for certification as a Medical Assistant in the state of employment.
- Basic PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-volume work environment
Nice To Haves
- 0-2 years of experience, preferred
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish highly desired
Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs, document patient history
- Assist during medical procedures.
- Organize examination rooms and stock supplies
- Other duties assigned by leadership
