About The Position
Heritage is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide private duty nursing to pediatric and young adult patients with complex medical needs in their homes. Nurses provide specialized, one-on-one care, build long-term relationships with patients and their families, and help patients remain at home in a familiar environment. Heritage provides hands-on training tailored to each patient's needs and welcomes both new graduates and experienced nurses. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients and their families and support them throughout the care journey.
