About The Position
Heritage is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide private duty nursing to pediatric and young adult patients with complex medical needs in their homes. Nurses provide skilled, one-on-one, patient-centered care, develop long-term relationships with patients and their families, and support children in remaining at home. Heritage provides specialized, hands-on training for nurses, including new graduates, to build the clinical skills and confidence needed to tailor care to each patient's needs. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available across all shifts.
Requirements
- Hold a current and active LPN or RN license.
- Have a passion for patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
