LPN/RN Homecare (Children and Young Adults)
About The Position
Phoenix is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. Nurses focus on one patient at a time, build long-term relationships with patients and families, and help children remain at home in a familiar environment. Phoenix provides specialized, hands-on training for new graduates and experienced nurses. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available. Premium pay is offered for weekday overnight shifts (+$3/hour), weekend day shifts (+$4/hour), and weekend overnight shifts (+$5/hour). Full-time and part-time nurses are eligible for an annual stay bonus. Requirements
- Hold a current and active LPN or RN license.
- Have a passion for patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
