LPN/RN Homecare (Children and Young Adults)
About The Position
Phoenix is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide private-duty nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. Nurses help patients live comfortably at home and support their growth and daily experiences while providing reassurance and support to their families. The role emphasizes skilled, patient-centered care, building trust, and forming meaningful connections with patients and families. Phoenix offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, hands-on training, and ongoing clinical support. Pay is based on experience, with weekly pay and premium pay differentials for weekday overnight and weekend shifts. Eligible team members can receive health, dental, and vision benefits, PTO, and 401(k) benefits; benefits are also available to eligible part-time team members.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
