About The Position
Architectural Metals, a segment of Apogee Enterprises, is seeking Summer Production Associates to join our team in Wausau. This seasonal opportunity offers competitive pay, hands-on manufacturing experience, and multiple shift options. Apogee and our brands are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to follow written work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Receive, move, and organize materials throughout the facility
- Assist with inventory management and material flow
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Read and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Perform basic computer data entry
- Use hand tools and measuring devices as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Cross-train in multiple areas to support production needs
