About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean record.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or computerized inventory systems using RF technology, such as scanning guns.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to read and work with large product numbers.
• Ability to work efficiently and perform well under stress and time pressures.

• College education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and stock items, and record data manually or using a computer.
• Pack and unpack items for stocking on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
• Pick orders for shipping.
• Verify inventory computations against physical stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and adjust errors.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
• Clean and maintain supplies, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Determine storage methods, identification, and stock locations based on turnover, environmental factors, and facility capabilities.
• Interact with customers regarding orders, shipping, and deliveries.
• Support cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Label and stage orders on designated pallets.
• Enter FedEx and UPS data to prepare orders for delivery.
