About The Position

Clarke Fire is hiring a Material Handler for its Sharonville location. The role involves warehouse and stockroom material handling, including stocking parts and placing them on shelves, checking daily inventory levels using M2M software, operating a forklift, and loading and unloading trucks. Forklift training is available. The position begins on first shift for training and may move to third shift; overtime is available. This is a union role with an opportunity for advancement.

Requirements

At least 2 years of warehouse or stocking experience.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to perform duties without immediate supervision.
Must be able to move frequently and stand, walk, and sit.
Frequently use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Must be able to read and write reports.
Must be a team player.

Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

Stock parts and handle materials.
Place parts on shelves.
Review daily inventory levels using M2M software.
Safely operate a forklift; training is available.
Load and unload trucks.
Implement and enforce health and safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
Read and write reports.
