About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience in portfolio management, commercial real estate, or loan portfolio management within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and due diligence processes.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets and asset management principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience working in both London and Marysville financial markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate and loan assets, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing opportunities to inform investment decisions.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate portfolio risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.
  • Collaborate with brokerage and asset management teams to negotiate transactions, manage tenant relationships, and oversee property performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting portfolio performance, risk exposures, and strategic recommendations.
