Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in client relations, customer service, account management, sales support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow through on commitments.
• A professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach to communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client questions and concerns appropriately.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications, email, and business communication tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using CRM software or other customer relationship management systems.
• Previous experience in the real estate, property management, financial services, or another professional service environment.
• Experience supporting client retention, client communications, or customer engagement initiatives.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with prospective, current, and past clients.
• Serve as a key point of contact for client communications and general inquiries.
• Respond to client questions promptly and professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Follow up with prospective clients and leads to support engagement and maintain strong communication.
• Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to help provide a positive and organized client experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, communication notes, and relationship information in company systems and CRM platforms.
• Coordinate client communications and connect clients with the appropriate real estate professional or team member when necessary.
• Support client onboarding and help ensure clients receive clear information regarding available services and next steps.
• Conduct ongoing follow-up with clients to maintain relationships and support client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with client outreach initiatives through phone calls, email, and other approved communication channels.
• Professionally handle client concerns and work with the appropriate team members to support timely and effective resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication, service.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment when handling client and company information.
• Represent Weichert, Realtors® Innovations with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to client service.
