About The Position

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that genuinely cares about one another while helping patients get back to doing what they love.
• Mentor others, build relationships, and create a positive, collaborative environment where both teammates and patients feel supported.
• Shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
• Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders like Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) and educational partners for continuous learning.
• Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
• Grow the clinic and build community relationships.
