About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of projects across CSI, including internal, departmental, and customer‑facing initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered successfully—from initiation through closure—while managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations. This individual will manage multiple, complex, cross‑functional projects and work closely with internal teams, customers, and senior leadership to drive results.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing multiple, complex projects
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives and stakeholders
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology environments
  • Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Drive effective hand over from project sponsors
  • Lead and facilitate project kickoff meetings
  • Develop and refine project plans based on scope, complexity, and impact
  • Assign team members to appropriate project roles
  • Review project plans and key milestones with customers
  • Identify and align on critical success factors
  • Establish and manage overall project setup
  • Maintain regular communication with project teams to ensure progress
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Track project progress against plan, scope, and timeline
  • Review time reporting to ensure alignment with planned effort
  • Lead regular internal and client status meetings
  • Provide consistent written status updates
  • Escalate risks and issues that may impact project success
  • Lead post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned
  • Collect customer feedback and measure satisfaction
  • Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, cost savings, and profitability
  • Mentor and support other Project Managers as needed
  • Serve as a backup to department leadership when required
